  • Whose family member is present or former Member of Parliament, MLA • Whose family member is President/Vice President/Director of Board/Corporation/Mandal/Undertaking of Government of India or State Government. 
  • Whose family member is an elected public representative (except Panch and Upsarpanch) in local bodies. 
  • Whose family members jointly have more than 5 acres of agricultural land. (Here family means husband, wife and dependent children) 
  • Whose family members have four wheeler vehicles (including tractors) registered in their names.
